Users sometimes see the evaluation banner after installing the licensed build of DynamiCube. In many cases this is because the evaluation version was not first removed from the system. Before you install the licensed build of DynamiCube, first uninstall the evaluation version and delete the DynamiCube folder located at “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Data Dynamics\DynamiCube3” for version 3.0, and “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Data Dynamics\DynamiCube“ for version 2.0.

Once DynamiCube is removed you can then install the licensed copy, which will prompt you for your serial number. After installing the licensed build you can then update to the latest version here.
