Problem:
When setting the Sizer flag for a band, it will not size back down to its original size after it is sized bigger.
Solution:By default the DockedHorzMinWidth/Height and DockedVertMinWidth/Height properties are set to 750; if you change this to a lower value (345) then you can size the band down to its original height.
