You can download the latest hot fix from the following link:

In order to install this build you will have to uninstall the current build
you have.
This build does include SP1 and is a full build of ActiveReports for .NET.
You are correct build 1893 does include the PDF security and the following
properties Encrypt, OwnerPassword, Permissions, Use128Bit and UserPassword.
If you would like more information on any of these properties please let me
know or take a look Class library that is in the manual.
