Printed contend become small then the paper while previewing is ok

One of my client occational get the following error:
Previewing the report is completely ok, but when the report is printed
to the printer, sometimes the printed contents become small then it should
be, that is , it zooms in and became about 1/4 of it's original size.
This happenes occationally and unexpectedly!
Please help!!!

OS: Win2k Professional
Printer: Epson 1600KII, and the printer driver is from Epson
AR Build : AR 2 Pro 1192
