We have tried everything we could to re-create this Case however we have not been able to do so.
I am working again on this based on the observations on this forum post however if possible, can you please upload a video file which shows this issue at your end? This will help us in knowing that both of us are on the same page.

Wow. I almost don't know what to say. Does raji still work there? It sounded like he/she had insight into the issue. I also suggested previously that we do some sort of remote desktop sharing so I could show you exactly what is going on and hopefully get answers to all of your questions in one session instead of going back and forth like we are doing now.
I really think that your software development manager should be calling me as this issue has gone on for way too long and the answer continuously changes with no feedback back to the folks experiencing the issue. This is a horrible way to treat developers that have been using your product for 7 years now and in general just horrible customer service. I personally manage a software development group and pride myself on customer service and responsiveness to customers that are having issues. Because of this issue, we have other development groups in our company that picked a different solution because they eventually gave up. Which means you lost money on sales because of this issue...
I apologize for my expressed frustrations but we really need to do something aggressively to get this solved...If you can give me a few date/time options on when a remote desktop sharing can be done I will even provide connection information and a telephone bridge so this could happen. Please have the appropriate management and developers available. Let me know who I need to send this connection information to. Please let's get this resolved !!! Please...My email is gmcnally@aamva.org if that would help facilitate getting this issue moved along...I will do anything to get you the information you need. Please.

gmcnally1,
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and completely understand your concerns. I have sent you a mail separately so that we may isolate the issue in a better manner and sort this issue. Once again I am sorry for all the trouble.
Regards, Sankalp

I had received word that GrapeCity/DataDynamics was able to reproduce the problem. What is the status of a fix? Is it included with the latest Reporting fix? If not, what is the status and when can we expect a fix?

Currently, there is no ETA associated with this as we have been able to re-create this on couple of machines and on all other machines it seems to be working fine.
Since your email address has been added to the list of affected users for this case so you will be notified once a build containing a fix for this issue will be released.

Can you please have the Sales VP contact me at gmcnally@aamva.org
What this latest response tells me is that we need to start looking at competing products and I just want to verify that this is true. Thanks

Thought I'd chime in on the work around I've been using for this problem. If you pull the reports into a separate class library project your able to use TFS with out problems. You just reference the project in your web application and should be set.
