Hello,
The issue has been fixed in the latest interim build 6.0.2346.0 of ActiveReports 6. You can download this build from the following location:
ftp://ftp.fpoint.com/ActiveReports/builds/AR6_6.0.2346.0_Unsigned.zip
I would like to tell you that the interim build has not gone through the typical Quality Assurance cycle that our public builds must pass prior to release. Developers may use it on there own risk as there may be possibility of some unknown issues.

I tried the interim build and it still does not work. It did get about twice as far, before getting the same error that I had with the previous build. Please advise.

I ran your sample and was able to print around 10400 pages without any problem with the new build. After how many pages do you get the error? Make sure that you have replaced all the Active Reports 6 Dlls in your application.

Hello,
Case 141869 (AccessViolationException occurs in Interop.SystemPrinter when changing paper source multiple times) has been fixed in the latest build of ActiveReports 6 (6.1.2577.0).
