Sub Reports in ReporFooter

Using AR1 SP4. I have a report with two SubReports in the Report Footer.
When both subreports fit on the page it works fine.

But if the first subreport gets a little bigger (eg. more than about half
the page height) I get two problems:

1. Second sub report does not appear at all.

2. First sub report appears on a new page, but this page has a blank Header.
