Call Stack from user.dmp.  Notice the call stack shows a crash in dcube.ocx but one can not determine the method in Windbg because we do not have the symbols for it.  This crash is occurring in discernanlytics.exe, an application we own. The crash occurs when dereferencing a pointer to invalid memory.
