FetchData event won't fire on some machine after move from VB6 to VB.NET Dynamicube 2.5.3.1031

I have a very strange problem after a migration from VB6 to VB.NET. We have a desktop-application that uses Dynamicube 2.5.3.1031. We use it withDCConnecttype DCCT_UNBOUND and fills the cube using the FetchData event.
I call dc.RefreshData() and the event fires and all is well. But on some machines nothing happens because the eventhandler never gets the FetchData-event.
This problem occurs on different Windows-versions and the strange thing is that on the exact same machine it works with the VB6-version of the program.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing and have a clue what we should be looking for here?

goenalle2,Unfortunately, DynamiCube 2.0 is not supported in the .NET environment.

Yes, I understand that, but it works on 9 out of 10 machines and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this very strange behaviour.

I've found the problem. It was a dll that was outdated on the machines it didn't work on.
