ApplicationLicenseGenerator.exe 1.6.1871.45 is not licensing my dll

It creates the FOO.dll.DataDynamics.Licenses.dll but the evaluation banner still remains when rendering in my application.

ApplicationLicenseGenerator.exe 1.0.13.0 172,032 bytes

I can create reportDefs and render reports without an evaluation banner using DataDynamics.Reports.Designer.exe.

Has anyone else tried this? Are there any checks that I may do to check my licensing state? I put the same licensing info into the same machine but the results are not the same.

Did you copy your license file to the assembly you want to license? Should be in the same directory.

Hello,

You need to copy the generated license file in the same directory so that it renders without an evaluation banner.

Yes, I am testing with the generated dll. I have done this for several previous releases and only had this happen once before( fixed by a new lic tool ). I have rebuilt my dll and regenerated lic dll multiple times but I still get the banner. I also re-licensed the DDR product itself. I guess that I can uninstall DDR and reinstall it.

I have tested ApplicationLicenseGenerator further and it is working fine at my end.
If possible, can you please send us the DLL at support@grapecity.us.com and we will debug this issue further.
