Multiple languages

We export to pdf for printing and had a customer ask us if we support:

Spanish
Russian
Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

Does AR6 support all of these languages?

If so, how do we put them on our reports?

From what I have found, we need to use Arial Unicode MS. I assume we then choose a script for that font.

Does anyone currently use these and if so could you be so kind as to tell us specifically what font/script combination you are using and if you have had any problems exporting to pdf with them?

Hello,

You can use all these languages with ActiveReports. You can check this link for more information.

I would also suggest you to set “NeverEmbedFonts” property of PDFExport object to empty string while exporting the reports.
