I used a Windows 7, 32 bit machine and was able to use the print button from the viewer control. Could you kindly let me know the build of Active Reports for .NET 3.0 installed on your machine? Also are you using a 32 bit machine or a 64 bit machine? Are you making any modifications to the print button on the viewer or using a custom print button? Could you please let me know the build of ActiveReports for .Net 3.0 you are using? You can download the latest build 5.3.1436.2 of ActiveReports for .Net 3.0 from here.
