Arview2.ocx problem, IE6 crash

Hi all, most of time I print the active report I got this error from event log:

Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module arview2.ocx, version 2.0.0.1250, fault address 0x0004338a.

My OS is WinXP SP2, can anybody help?

Hello,

I apologize for the delay in response. Could you confirm the current build of the product that you are using? You may try upgrading to the latest one from here. Also, it seems that your application prints from the webpage through the user interface in the viewer. How is the behavior if you try no-touch printing using PrintReport?
