Want to create a web-based report by using AR6

Attachment: ar6-report.rar
Hi support team.

I'm Fook. I downloaded AR6 Pro trial to test. I want to create a report that can view on any web browser such as IE, Firefox.

I created a .rpx (please see my screen capture in attached file, ar-designer.png) and try to run on a server WIndows server 2003 and Asp.net, c#. I found some licensed notice in the footer portion.(please see notice screen capture in attached file, footer-notice.png) And on web browser, it appeared "No Report Specified" (please see in the attach file, no-display.png)

Can you suggest me what can I do? I reallyt want to create a report that can display on my web server using Windows 2003 server and asp.net using C#.

I'm looking forward to see your response and if you have a code example in this case, it would be great help.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Fook.

Fook,

The reason why you are getting an evaluation banner is because you currently have an evaluation version of ActiveReports 6. The evaluation version is basically a fully functional version with no expiry period; however there would be an evaluation banner appearing at the bottom of the report pages.

If you are getting a Report not Specified error, then please make sure that you have set the report for the webviewer control. You may want to take a look at this walkthrough to know more about using webviewer control.

I have also attached a sample application which demonstrates using a webviewer control and also allows you to select the viewer type from the dropdown list. Please go through the sample application and let me know if it helps.

Regards,
Sankalp
