Hi,

I'm attempting to license our copy of Active Reports 6 using the serial numbers supplied on the purchase order.

Unfortunately the only copy of the software on site that I can find is a demo copy that does not include the licensepro.exe file.

Using the AR5 licensepro.exe file tells me that the serial number is not valid.

I'm sure this is a simple user error - but need guidance in the process (or, perhaps, a V6 licensepro.exe).

Hi Tom,

There is no need of licensepro.exe to license ActiveReports 6 on your machine. You need to download the latest build available on the website and run the setup. The setup will ask you to enter the license key. Just punch in the details and it will take care of the licensing.

If you face any difficuilty in doing so then you can reply back on this thread or send an email to the support email address support@grapecity.us.com . Also make sure that you are posting your queries in the correct product section as you have posted an ActiveReports 6 issue in ActiveReports 1.0 section. This will help other user's to reply to your posts quickly.
