Having trouble logging into DataDynamics forums?

Due to recent changes made to the Data Dynamics web site, you might encounter problems logging in with your current username and password or you may not be able to log in if a new password is requested. Please follow these steps to resolve log-in issues with our web site.

If you are using Internet Explorer 8.0, follow these steps to clear your offline data:
  1. In Internet Explorer, from the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  2. On the General tab under Browsing History, click the Delete button.
  3. Log in using the existing username and password and then try to download.
If the problem persists, you might try using a different browser like Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. Please clear the cookies for datadynamics.com before you login using another browser.
 
If you are using Google Chrome, follow these steps to clear the cookies:
  1. Drop down the Tools menu (the wrench to the right of the address bar) and select Options...
  2. In the Google Chrome Options dialog that appears, open the Under the Hood tab.
  3. In the Privacy section, scroll down to Cookie settings and click the Show cookies button.
  4. In the Cookies dialog that appears, select datadynamics.com and click Remove.
If you are using Firefox, follow these steps to clear the cookies:
  1. From the Tools menu, select Options...
  2. Select the Privacy panel, and under History, ensure that Firefox will: Use custom settings for history is selected.
  3. Click the Show Cookies button.
  4. In the Cookies dialog that appears, in the Search box, enter datadynamics. The cookies stored by Data Dynamics appear in the list below.
  5. Select all datadynamics cookies and click the Remove Cookie button.
