Access violation in actbar.ocx

Hi all,
I am in charge of the maintainance of a very old win32 application that is using ActiveBar 1.0.3.8 version (!) for menus and toolbars. And one of our customer using that application through Citrix is complaining of random crashes when user just performs a [quick] double-click on a control from the toolbar. I was able to reproduce the problem only within a virtual test machine. Unfortunately the crash ends its course in an access violation fired from the actbar.ocx component, thus making it impossible to track further. I was unable to find any documentation/patch/Activebar Designer 1.0/ that could help me. Could you provide me with some information? Any known issues about actbar.ocx and virtual offices/remote connections?
Many thanks in advance.

yenoremb,
While some of our customers have successfully used
ActiveBar through Terminal Services and
Citrix, unfortunately we do not explicitly guarantee that any
encountered issues will be addressed. ActiveBar is not officially supported in a Citrix environment and we didn't make any tests in this environment. You can try to update ActiveBar1 to the latest 1.0.6.5 version to see if it fixes the problem. You can write a e-mail to ActiveBar.support@grapecity.us.com with your ActiveBar1 serial number and I'll make the latest ActiveBar1 installation package available for you.
Thank you, Andrey T.

Hi Andrey,
And thanks for the straight reply. I'am afraid I cannot find any licence/serial number. As the producted evolved, teams changed and documentation of third-party tools went the same.
