Footer Not Showing in Excel

Hello,

Although my company has purchased Active Reports 6, are extensive testing process means that right now we are still using version 3.0.

Everything is working fine for our PDF and Word reports, however, our page footers are not showing up on  the Excel reports.

I have already tried:
report.Sections["PageFooter"].Visible = true;

However, it did not help.

Any help getting the footers to show in the Excel reports would be much appreciated.

I tried to replicate the issue which you are experiencing but was unable to do so. I exported a report to excl format and I was able to see the PageFooter. I have attached the sample application which I have used to test this issue. Please run the sample application and let me know if you are still facing any issues.

I have created the sample using ActiveReports 6 as your question is related to the same version. Also I would request you to kindly post your questions related to ActiveReports 6 in the ActiveReports 6 area as you have posted your question in Active Reports for .NET section.

If you still face any issues, then I would request you to kindly modify the attached sample and send it back to us, so that we may take a look at it.

Sorry, I was not clear, we are currently using ActiveReports 3.0

I will be upgrading our app to version 6 in the coming month, but that is not related to this post.

I tried to reproduce the issue in ActiveReports for .net 3.0 but was not able to do so. Please find attached sample in the ActiveReports for .Net 3.0 on which I have test this issue. I was able to get the PageFooter in the Xls exported report.

Could you please provide the RDF file of your report? You can find information on saving and loading of RDF files over here. Also what build of ActiveReports for .Net 3.0 you are using?

Any further information provided to isolate the issue would be appreciated.
