The Splitter Control creates a horizontal or vertical gridline that splits the form into distinct areas that size independently of one another.
ActiveSizer provides two methods for using the Splitter Control:
Method 1
- To insert the Splitter in the ActiveSizer grid, position the mouse over the grid line you wish to act as a Splitter.
- Use CTRL-Right click to open the context menu.
- Select Splitter from the menu.
Method 2
- Right-click on the ActiveSizer control and choose Edit Grid from the context menu.
- Right-click on a grid line to insert a vertical or horizontal splitter.
Note: When adding a Splitter control to a grid line, this grid line will display a dark gray Splitter on the ActiveSizer control.
