client problem

hi

we get page can not be displayed error message in some clients and we get blank page in some clients for the same report for the same filters for the same database from the same application server. And I can get report on my computer. I think the problem is about client side. But security options of internet explorers in clients are same.

can you help me

Do these users get error message that the whole page cannot be displayed or they can't see only DynamiCube object? In the first case I think this is some connection problem that is not related to DynamiCube. In the second case ensure that IE security settings allow to load ActiveX controls, if you are using IE8 ensure that DynamiCube is approved on Manage Add-ons window. Ensure that users are using the same DynamiCube version (.ocx) as you.
