problem print in printonix p7000

i've try to print my activereport in any kinds of printerbrand, including dotmatrix. it works good and properly. But, now i have to print using PRINTONIX P7000. I thought it was no problem, as long as i have its driver. But, when i try it the results are not good. Some of the words are cut off (its doesn't print completely). Plus, make me confuse is "the cut off" is only in several words of a reports not for all words. Do you have any ideas to solve it?

Hello,
I would like to confirm a few questions, which will help us to narrow down the issue. Which build of Active Reports are you using currently? Do you see similar results when you try to export the report to PDF or any other format? Is your printer shared over a network? Do you see similar behavior when you print any other document apart from Active Reports?
Please make sure that all the printer drivers are up to date as what I presume is the problem is because of the drivers, as you have mentioned your previous printer worked fine.

Prantik

Hello,
Which build of Active Reports 2.0 are you using? If you are using any earlier builds (Other than 2.5.0.1314), please upgrade to the latest version available at:
http://www.datadynamics.com/forums/37/ShowForum.aspx
You may also set a hidden property of the Printer object called RenderMode. You may follow this KB article for more information:
http://www.datadynamics.com/forums/139/ShowPost.aspx
What happens if you use the inbuilt Printer object available in VB6 to print to this printer? Does it print fine?
Let me know if you require further assistance/clarifications.
Regards,
Prantik
