I have a long running SQL query, and the DD Analysis control is reporting a timeout after 30 seconds. I'm setting RdDataSource.queryString and letting DD Analysis execute the query.
If I was executing the query in ADO.Net, I could set the CommandTimeout property.
Is there an equivalent property I can set for the DD Analysis control?
If not, I'll try resorting to ADO.Net (where I can set the CommandTimeout), populate a DataSet and assign it to an UnboundDataSource.

john c, Unfortunately, I do not believe there is currently a way to set the command timeout for ddAnalysis. I have however entered case 122091 to expose a CommandTimeout on the DataSource objects. As well I have included your email address with the list of affected users for this case. In the meantime, you would recommend using the approach you have mentioned until this case is addressed. If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know.
Thanks,
Nick F

Grahame Day,
Unfortunately, Case 122091 is currently open and assigned to the development team. There is no ETA as of now; however I have added your E-mail address to the list of affected users for this case. You will be notified once this case gets resolved.
Regards, Sankalp
