Hi, Attached is a .NET 2003 project against the latest build 1.05? of SharpUI.Net.
Item '4' cannot be seen, even though it is highlighted.....
Can you recreate this when you run it?
Quick reply would be appreciated.

Thank you for your question. Please note your column count is set to three so only three values will be displayed on the first line. In my testing the number 4 can be seen in the control by expanding the height of the control.
Thanks, Eric

Hi Eric...
Yes column count is specifically set to 3.
When you key down on the 3rd item, the grid should move down to show a 2nd row, with one entry in it.
See this 2nd listbox, with 6 items. It works correctly. The 1st listbox with 4 items does not.
There is a bug with displaying items in the last row, DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS IN THE LAST ROW. (sorry, emphasis required! ;-)
BTW this used to work on previous build.
Thx

Thank you for your reply. I have been able to successfully reproduce the described behavior per your sample and have addressed the behavior to our development staff as case 109705. I have also linked your email address to the case as an affected user. However, please note SUI has reach its end of sale so it is uncertain if / when a new build may be released addressing this issue. In the mean time I recommend reverting back to the previous build which did not exhibit the behavior.
You can find some additional information about our end of sale announcement here:

Thanks, Eric

Hi Eric,
I'm not sure where that leaves me. I know it's been discontinued, but the last patch was only 7 months ago, and this would probably be an easy fixed bug. It's taken since then for us to roll out the latest version, and to go back will be a nightmare. Can you confirm if it will or won't be patched?
My application has about 30 forms with 2 listboxes on each. To convert the app back to previous version just for this reason is going to incur an awful lot of work for us....
Many thanks,
David

Thank you for your reply. I have brought your concerns to the attention of our project management team, and we will look into this issue for a future release. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe as to when a new release will be made available, but if you would like to be notified you can subscribe to receive SUI announcements here:

Thanks, Eric

Hi Eric,
Based on the statement of unknown release schedule, I have tried to roll-back to previous version of SharpUI, by uninstalling / installing SharpUI from download. Surprisingly I then simply reopened my VB.NET project and the References have updated themselves... this was less painful than I anticipated.
However, I still have the same behaviour, which is very odd because I sure this wasn't occuring on earlier builds...
Our product using SharpUI has been on the market since 2005, and only since we moved to the new build last month did we see this problem, and receive user bug reports.
Thanks

Thank you for your reply. I have expressed your concerns to our development staff and ensured your email address has been linked to the case as an affected user. What build did you originally see this work well in?
Thanks, Eric
