Comma's removed with latest service packs

With the latest versions of the service packs for english Vista and XP we've encountered a huge problem. The commas in our reports are simply removed. 1,5 becomes 15.

Norwegian regional settings where a comma separates the decimals is simply removed, and logically enough this screws up pretty much every report we have. Is there some way to fix this without manually entering over 500 reports and changing them? Spending weeks, maybe months doing this is a bit extreme.

Is comma removed on preview or in the export output?

Could you please send me DSR, DSX, DCA files with sample report?
