SharpUI and .Net ver2 Compatability

Is SharpUi vers 1.4 comaptibale with C# .Net vers 2.

I'm trying to use it and keep getting errors.
The data dynamics web site says it's compatible with vers 1.0 and 1.1 but no mention of ver2. thought i'd try it on the off chance.

Hello,
        Thank you for your question. Support for VS2005 was added in SP3 of SUI. Please ensure you are using the latest build available (1285). You can find the update here.

However, if you still experience issues could you please provide me with some infomration about the errors you are encountering (perhaps steps to reproduce)?

I got SP3 and installed it and all seems ok.
