Support Levels


We offer two levels of support for all our products depending on which option you select while purchasing our products.
  • Maintenance License (Best Value):

     With an annual Maintenance license, you get all major and minor(service) releases, with email, forums and phone support for one year at a significant discount off the MSRP!
  • Regular License:

     A Regular product license includes all minor(service) releases with email and forums support.

Forums


Forums are a great place to get other developers' opinions, views and ideas. Developers can also expect to find the GrapeCity staff posting comments and helpful information there.

The KnowledgeBase


The GrapeCity Knowledge Base contains hundreds of helpful articles on all products. Visit the Knowledge Base to search for answers to any questions and browse for extra samples not included in the product installs.
