In this lesson you will learn how to export data within a pivot view so that it can be processed within Microsoft Excel.
Prerequisites
This lesson assumes that you have a view that you wish to analyze further in Microsoft Excel or in other applications.
Export the view to CSV
On the toolbar, you'll find the Export dropdown button. On it is the command to export to CSV (Comma Separated Value) file. Select this command and save the CSV file somewhere. Now that the data is in a CSV file it can be loaded up into Microsoft Excel or any application which supports CSV files.
