You can set the initial visibility of report items to Hidden and allow the user to toggle them by clicking other report items.

To toggle visibility

1. Right-click the report item for which you want to toggle visibility and select Properties.
2. On the Visibility page, under Initial visibility, select Hidden.
3. Select the check box to indicate that Visibility can be toggled by another report item.
4. In the Report item combo box, enter the report item you want to toggle the hidden item.
