Sort the data in a list by fields or expressions.

To sort a list

1. In the Layout view, select the list, right-click and choose Properties.
2. On the Sorting page, enter an expression in the Expression column by which to sort the data in the list.

3. In the Direction column, select whether you want to sort the data in an Ascending or Descending direction.
