Use the PageBreakAtStart and PageBreakAtEnd properties to control where the report breaks to a new page. These properties are available on the following report items as well as on Groupings:
- Rectangle
- List
- Table
- Matrix
- Chart
To add a page break before or after a report item
- In the Layout view of the report, select the report item before or after which you want to add a page break.
- On the General page under Page breaks, select the check box for Insert a page break before or Insert a page break after or both.
To add a page break before or after a grouping
- In the Layout view of the report, select the grouping before or after which you want to add a page break.
- Right-click the grouping and choose Edit Group.
- Select the check box for Page break at start or Page break at end or both.
