Allow users to navigate to the item by clicking the label you add to the Document Map (table of contents).
To add an item to the document map
- In the Layout view of the report, select and right-click the report item and choose Properties.
- Click the Navigation page.
- Under Document map label, enter an expression that evaluates to the value you want to display in the document map for the item.
You can also add groups and detail groups to the Document Map.
To add a group or detail group to the document map
- In the Layout view of the report, right-click the UI to the left of (or above) the group and choose Edit Group.
- On the General page, under Document map label, enter an expression that evaluates to the value you want to display in the document map for the group.
To add the detail group of a list to the document map
- In the Layout view of the report, right-click the list report item and choose Properties.
- Select the Detail Grouping page.
- On the General page, under Document map label, enter an expression that evaluates to the value you want to display in the document map for the group.
