When you open a report with Drill Down features, part of the data is hidden so that you only see high-level data until you request more detail. A plus-sign image appears next to each toggle item in the report. Clicking on the toggle image, or plus sign, expands hidden content into view and the toggle image changes to a minus sign. Clicking on the minus-sign image hides the content and returns the report to its previous state.

If you export a drill-down report to HTML, PDF, or an image format, any content which is hidden at the time of export remains hidden in the exported file. If you want all of the content to appear in the exported file, you must first expand each area of hidden data.

If you export a drill-down report to XML, all hidden data is exported regardless of whether it is hidden at the time of export.
